  • Obtaining appropriate consent from signers

You retain all rights to your documents and data. We do not claim ownership of your content. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Send fraudulent or misleading documents
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting on our website or sending an email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
